Salanova Lettuce
Salanova lettuce was developed to introduce new varieties into the market place that would have a freshness that you could see and taste! Plus they will stay firmer and fresher if stored correctly. The shelf life of Salanova lettuce has been enormously improved compared to that of conventional lettuce. It's a difference you can see and taste.
Salanova lettuce types are substantially different from other varieties in one respect and that is the "one cut... ready!" effect which we'd like to introduce to you here. Not only does this characteristic considerably reduce the amount of work needed, but cleaning up is also easier.
There are two brands that we are packing Salanova into, so keep an eye out in your local Fruit and Veg stores and your Coles supermarkets.
